NEAT, in collaboration with SMARTCOM, offers an an emergency call solution for hearing impaired customers in the form of an app for android smartphones. Using menus that rely exclusively on visual cues, the user can quickly and simply communicate with the emergency call centre. It can be used to communicate a range of alarms, as well as other information such as doctors’ appointments.
