ALMA

Assisted Living Management Application

ALMA is a state of the art cloud based Alarm Management System leveraging zero installation for faster deployments and advanced analysis on the information. It includes a companion mobile app, using push notifications to implement full alarm workflows on the go. In addition, ALMA allows the professional to establish voice communication via GSM or SIP.
 
This solution is mainly intended to be used in nursing homes, hospitals and group living environments.
 

Easy operation

The signals triggered from different devices such as SMILE, SMILE ID, 3-PUSH, D-POS, D-TREX, etc. are sent to ALMA through a gateway. ALMA system sends notifications to ALMA application installed on the smartphones.
 
Once the app is registered in ALMA through a QR code, it is possible to log in with an account previously created on the system, by entering username and password.

Main components and simple requirements

ALMA is composed of two essential elements: Alarm management system in the cloud and ALMA app installed on an Android mobile and paired with the server for the reception and attention of alarms.

ALMA only requires Internet connection and D-TECT IP (gateway) installed in the residence.
